I Know What It Is Like to Look Successful While Struggling Inside

I am Andrea, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist, and Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

I’m so glad we found each other.

First, I want to warmly welcome you—and personally congratulate you for taking this step toward the life you truly want.

Whatever dreams you hold for your beautiful life, please know this: they are possible.

You may want to find work that fulfills you, ask for the promotion you deserve, feel more confident in your relationships, quiet the anxiety inside you, or finally express the needs and desires you have kept hidden for far too long.

You do not have to remain trapped by old beliefs, past experiences, or the fear that you are not enough.

You can change the beliefs that have been shaping your life—and I would be honored to help you do it.

For more than 25 years, I have worked in psychology, leadership, coaching, training, and personal transformation. Today, through Cherry on Top Therapy & Coaching, I help people uncover the beliefs that are holding them back, become confident in who they are, and find the courage to ask for what they truly want.

But my work is more than a profession. It is deeply personal.

Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to appear successful and completely put together on the outside while silently struggling within.

The Day My Body Said, “Enough”

From the outside, my life once looked impressive. I was the Chief Operating Officer of a global training and consulting company. I had the beautiful home, the designer clothes, the career, and the carefully curated image that said:

“I have it all together.”

But inside, I was disappearing.

I was exhausted, disconnected from myself, and moving through a life that looked good on paper but no longer felt good in my heart.

I had become so focused on performing, achieving, helping, and meeting everyone else’s expectations that I had stopped listening to my own voice.

Eventually, my body had to say what I had been unable to say for myself.

On Mother’s Day in 2012, I ended up in the emergency room believing I was having a heart attack.

It was an anxiety attack—but it was also a wake-up call.

My body was telling me that I could no longer continue abandoning my needs, swallowing my emotions, and pushing myself beyond my limits.

I had spent years being strong, capable, responsible, and successful. Yet beneath that strength were subconscious beliefs and survival patterns that had been influencing my choices for decades.

That experience became a turning point.

It led me toward deeper healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy, hypnotherapy, and the work that would eventually become my true calling.

Through this work, I began uncovering parts of myself I thought I had lost forever. I learned that we are not broken. We are often living according to beliefs we formed during moments when we were too young, overwhelmed, or unsupported to understand what was happening.

And when those beliefs change, our lives can change too.

From Silence to Finding My Voice

My understanding of silence began long before my career.

I was born in communist Czechoslovakia with a cleft lip and palate. My earliest years included surgeries, separation, speech difficulties, and experiences that taught me to be strong, adapt, and avoid drawing too much attention to myself.

I spent the first 18 years of my life under communism, where speaking openly was not always safe and keeping quiet could feel like protection.

At 27, I moved to the United States and began building a completely new life in a new language and culture.

I know what it feels like to be an outsider.

I know what it feels like to worry that your accent, background, difference, or story will prevent you from belonging.

I also know what happens when you stop apologizing for who you are and begin recognizing the value of your unique voice.

My accent did not prevent me from becoming a successful global executive. My childhood did not determine the rest of my story. My anxiety did not become my identity.

The experiences that once made me feel different ultimately became the foundation of my purpose.

Your accent is not a weakness. Your story is not something you need to hide.

Why Cherry on Top?

I created Cherry on Top Therapy & Coaching because I believe you deserve more than a life that is merely manageable.

You deserve a life that feels meaningful, abundant, connected, and genuinely yours.

The “cherry on top” is not about creating a perfect life or adding one more achievement to prove your worth.

It is about discovering the part of life that becomes available when you stop living from fear, self-doubt, and old conditioning.

It is the confidence to speak.

The freedom to ask.

The ability to set a boundary without drowning in guilt.

The courage to pursue the job, relationship, adventure, or dream that has been calling you.

It is the moment you realize:

It is the moment you realize:

I am enough. My voice matters. I belong here.

I Have Been in the Darkness—and I Found My Way Back to the Light

The light feels so much better.

I am deeply committed to helping others understand that success, abundance, freedom, and emotional healing are not reserved for a fortunate few.

They are available to you, too.

I have lived through the darkness of losing myself while appearing successful. I know the loneliness of feeling unseen, the pressure of having to be strong, and the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together.

I also know the freedom that comes when you finally choose yourself.

The light feels so much better.

Today, I have had the privilege of helping more than 1,500 people transform their beliefs, reconnect with themselves, and change their lives for the better.

Every person’s story is different, but the truth beneath my work remains the same:

You are not broken.

You are not too much.

You are not too late.

You are enough—and you are capable of creating profound change.

How I Help You Create Lasting Change

In my work, I combine the power of the subconscious mind with practical, forward-focused coaching.

Rapid Transformational Therapy and clinical hypnotherapy help us explore the deeper beliefs, emotional patterns, and past experiences that may be influencing your present life.

Coaching helps you turn your new awareness into action.

Together, we do not simply talk about what is wrong. We uncover why the pattern began, change the meaning attached to it, and create strategies that support the person you are becoming.

My approach brings together mind, body, heart, and spirit. It is compassionate, direct, deeply personal, and focused on creating meaningful results.
