Coaching for expat women
Clarity, confidence, and the courage to ask.
I help expat women who feel unseen or overlooked gain clarity on their values, reclaim their voice, and implement personalized “cherry on top” strategies, so they can confidently ask for (and get) what they truly desire in life, love, and leadership.

Does this feel familiar?
You know there is more waiting for you.
My ideal client is a woman who has moved to the United States from all over the world. She may be someone who moved from India, Eastern Europe, Australia, or Africa.
She is someone who is out there working and not feeling enough, someone who went through childhood with specific experiences and created certain beliefs in her past, and those beliefs are the reasons why she thinks that she always must prove herself.
She cannot ask for what she likes.
She is someone who feels very strongly within her that there is something more she could lean into, she could reach for, she can make it reality – such as her dream job, her dream to get the promotion she rightly deserves, a child, a relationship with the right partner who will be supporting her, leaning into her dream to do her hobbies she never allowed herself to do in the past -- to go and ride horses on Saturdays or go to painting class she always yearn to experience.
She is someone who has a negative Nelly renting the space in her mind, telling her the "55 reasons why she shouldn't" – the loudest of all are the YOU ARE NOT ENOUGH – YOU STILL NEED TO PROVE YOUR WORTH.
And then she finds herself five years, 10 years, 15 years later, still waiting for her turn.
And then she finds herself five years, 10 years, 15 years later, still waiting for her turn.

Andrea understands
I was that woman once.
I was that woman once – I came to the United States 22 years ago from Slovakia and went through a lot of bullying and not enoughness in my life.
Every time I accomplish something, I feel that it is not enough.
I didn't know how to ask for what I wanted, needed, and deserved – and then I found my guide and learned and started sharing – over the past 5 years I coached more then 1000 clients and found that my Cherry on Top strategies are changing their lives and creating the ripple effect in their lives, lives of their families and teams.
Those are the clients who encourage me to create a course and share my message so that other people can benefit.
